Dehydrogenation

Dehydrogenation is a thermal process that removes the hydrogen absorbed by an object during previous electrochemical and chemical processes.

This process is performed in a furnace at a temperature between 180-200°C for at least 2 hours and up to 8 hours.

The operation is fundamental for steel parts that must have resistance to traction greater than 100/Nmm, in order to avoid breakage of the particles.

Lubrication

Lubrication is a process that, through the application of a liquid substance, reduces friction and abrasion of surfaces.

This process is particularly useful for adjusting the coefficient friction of parts used for tightening such as nuts, bolts or screws. 

Below are listed all the types of lubricants we offer: 

Gleitmo 602

Gleitmo 602 has been developed to obtain well defined friction indexes, with minimum dispersion and has been designed to never reach the minimum of friction values.

Gleitmo 602 was specifically designed for the coating of jewellery.

The major advantages of Gleitmo 602 are the following:

- it forms a dry, colorless film, resistant to touch and abrasion

- it can create constant friction index with minimal dispersion, making its results measurable and reproducible

- it saves time on installation and is especially suitable for automated systems for screws

- it adheres very well to all materials

- it contains UV additive for control of the coating with ultraviolet rays (340-380nm) 

Gleitmo 605

The application of gleitmo 605 forms a dry lubricating film that adheres very well to different surfaces and does not contain solvents.

Gleitmo 605 is used for the lubrication of threaded screws, nuts, wood screws, sheet metal screws, set screws, screws for the electrical industry, the connecting nuts for junctions with cutting ring, for the coating of small parts in large quantities, as an economic process of lubrication through immersion.

It meets the demands of the automotive industry (VDA).

The major advantages of Gleitmo 605 are the following:

- it reduces the installation time (particularly suitable for automatic systems)

- it is non-staining and non-greasy

- it adheres to all materials

- it does not affect the productiveness of products used for locking screws

- it forms a colorless, glossy film and is resistant to touch

- it contains UV additive for control with ultraviolet rays (340-380nm)

Gleitmo 615

Gleitmo 615 is particularly suitable for stainless steel nuts and bolts, self-tapping screws, rivets, wood screws and screws for sheet metal.

It meets the demands of the automotive industry (VDA).

The major advantages of Gleitmo 615 are the following:

Gleitmo 627

The application of Gleitmo 627 creates on the surface of the treated object a dry, colorless lubricating film, resistant to touch and abrasion.

For the optimization of the lubrication characteristics, Gleitmo 627 also contains a particular addition of a polytetrafluoroethylene of choice.

The major advantages of Gleitmo 627 are the following:

- the operating temperatures of the dry film are between -40°C and +110°C

- it can create constant friction index with minimal dispersion, making its results measurable and reproducible

- it adheres very well to all materials

- it contains UV additive for control of the coating with ultraviolet rays (340-380nm)

Gleitmo 925

Gleitmo 925 is a dry lubrication for screws and stainless steel nuts: no seizure and high tightening and loosening force.

Gleitmo 925 is particularly suitable for the forming of metals (no shavings), for dry lubrication of sliding rails, joints and pins.

The major advantages of Gleitmo 925 are the following:

- the operating temperatures are between -180°C and +250°C

- it is resistant to mineral oils and synthetic fluids

- it shapes dry and adhesive lubricant films

- it is resistant to high pressures

- it has low and constant friction coefficients

- it avoids the cold seizure of materials that have this tendency

- it facilitates the installation

- it prevents stick-slip

Gleitmo 985

The application of Gleitmo 985 creates a lubricating PTFE, water-based, stainless and greaseless spray.

The major advantages of Gleitmo 985 are the following:

- the operating temperatures are between -180°C and +250°C

- it creates thin and dry sliding surfaces

- it adheres very well to all materials

- it has good anti-stick and detaching power

- It is environmentally-friendly

Sealing

Through a physical-chemical process, the sealing increases the corrosion resistance of the materials previously treated with other galvanizing processes such as zinc-plating, zinc-iron-plating, zinc nickel plating or tin plating.

Some types of sealing, if applied within the areas where the zinc layer can not reach, allow a degree of protection of up to 30 days (if the detail is preserved in a dry place).

Some sealants are catalyzed by temperatures up to + 120 ° C.

Remember that the sealing follows almost all zinc-plating and zinc alloys treatments.
